Thai In Mookata | The Famous Thai Select Awardee BBQ

If you were a mookata lover like us, you definitely heard many people having good rave about this place. They even receive the Thai Select awards which makes you even more wonder, how good this place could be among other mookata places? So, we checked the place out to ensure that your visit is going to be worth it! They have many branches in Klang Valley, you can visit their website  to find one nearest to your place. We visited the one in OKR on Friday Night. First impression, we super in love the vibe. The place is tucked in somewhat inside the warehouse complex kinda feeling. Not sure if it were really a warehouse, but at a glance you can see some showrooms and even more other restaurants in the inner area of the place. THONGSMITH | IS THIS THE BEST BOAT NOODLE? | BANGKOK SERIES

You might have heard this boat noodle restaurant by A LOT nowadays. It is surely a very famous boat noodle restaurant recently. My advice is, to avoid super long queue, you may want to go to other 'lowkey'-er branches such as Central World. I went here and the queue is definitely not as insane as the one in Siam Paragon. You may not want to wait with empty tummy.

The service was fairly fast despite the crowd, so I am very happy about it. I ordered one bowl of Australian Wagyu Round Beef Noodle with their Original Rice Noodles and other bowl is Beef Ball and Beef Slices with egg noodle . 

As for the Wagyu, if you feeling bougee, must-order. The meat just melted right away in your mouth! OMG 😱 

For the noodles, Original Rice Noodles is definitely THE winner for me. It suits the rich, thick beef broth best. The spices just kick in right after one slurp. With crispy pork fat and pork cracklings, it just elevates the dish flavor to the next level. Well-done and kudos to this brand 👏🏻 


If you like the broth spicier, you can go with level 2+. But, for me, level 1 is the most enjoyable. It is just PERFECT🤩 

I would say that if you would like to try the traditional kind of boat noodle, this might not be it. However, if you would like to up your boat noodle game, must-visit. Ten out of ten, will surely come back 🌟
